RETURNS

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for the item to be eligible for return, it must be undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns are excluded for several types of items. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.

* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to causes beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a certain period of days.
Late or pending refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer – it may take some time before the refund is formally posted.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes some time for a refund to be processed.

Balance items (if applicable)
Only full priced items will be refunded. Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Changes (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send an email to mouui.store@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: Via Antonio Banfo 67 10155 Torino TO Italy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Once the returned item has been received, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipment
To make a return, please send the product to the following address: Via Antonio Banfo 67 10155 Torino TO Italy.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time required for delivery of the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth more than 75 Euros, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
